Individual Therapy
For adults seeking support with anxiety, grief, trauma, identity, life transitions, addiction and much more.
Sessions are 50 minutes and held weekly. I can accommodate more than one session a week if you find that beneficial.
Online Sessions
Secure, confidential video sessions for those who prefer to meet from home or are based outside Herefordshire.
In-Person Sessions
Held in a quiet, welcoming space in Herefordshire. Designed to feel safe, grounded, and private.
Long-term psychotherapy

Rewind Technique for PTSD
A gentle and effective method designed to assist individuals in managing and coping with difficult and distressing memories. It offers a kind, compassionate, and caring approach to support people as they work through and heal from past traumatic experiences. This technique aims to provide relief and promote emotional recovery in a safe and supportive manner.
